What Causes Fluttering Feelings In The Heart?
I have been having fluttering feelings in my heart. It skips beats and at times causes me to cough. It feels like it also beats really quickly. It s very uncomfortable. I was told years ago I had a slight heart murmur, but this seems to be more frequent and slightly painful. I am sorry, I can t afford to pay for an answer. Thank you anyway.

Your complains are not connected with heart murmur. You have arrhythmia wich causes complains. From your symptoms it is more likely you have extrasystolies, which are premature heart contractions.
I would advise you to underwent ECG and holter monitoring. If there are extrasystolies they can be easily treated.
