What Causes Fluid Draining From Corners Of Eyes?

I ve been having fluid draining from the corners of my eyes. It seems to be off and on throughout the day, and began about a week ago. It seems to be thin and watery, but very annoying. I do have allergies to pollen, etc., that I ve had for years, but have not experienced this before. My eyes don t appear to be red, and are a little itchy. I am 52 yrs. old, 5 3 , and weigh 130 lbs. I am otherwise healthy. Thank you.
