Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding and leaking at 23 weeks of pregnancy can be due to
1. Membrane rupture
2. Low lying placenta( placenta previa)
3. Idiopathic ( no cause found)
Sometimes, the fluid leakage from the uterus could be in absence of membrane rupture, and is known as high leakage.
I would suggest you to take rest, avoid intercourse and take progesterone support in the form of capsules or injections.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
