General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
Incomplete data like age, gender, duration of the problem, any co existing disease, any drug intake, etc.
I appreciate your concern.
You are advised to visit your family doctor for the fluctuating BP.

The BP has to be monitored by using the same apparatus, at the same time, regularly. The most preferred method is a 24 Hour Blood Pressure Monitor. It is a small computerized device approximately the same size as a Walkman. It is used to regularly test your BP over the course of the day.

Hope your query is being attended and answered.
If convinced, give your valuable feedback.
Thanks and take care of yourself.
