Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Fluctuation in BP is common and may be caused by medical conditions like stress, medications, caffeine, food, dehydration.

I would advise you discuss this with your doctor. Your doctor may consider a 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring to confirm fluctuation. Meantime, I would advise you try the following:
• Have your weight under control
• Exercise regularly
• Maintain good eating habits/low salt diet
• Limit alcohol and caffeine
• Avoid tobacco
• Avoid stress

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mbuomboh Veranso
