What Causes Flashing Light Sensations In The Vision?

19yo ice user. I get these flashing light effects in my vision, hundreds of little flashes but only once.. then a few mins later the same thing... I m worried i ve damaged my eye, I read online something about the vitreous that can cause these symptoms. It s been going on for a few weeks, it was only once every few hours, but now it is once every few mins

it can be pathology in retina having holes tear or peripheral detachment.can be degenerative bodies in vetrious which can be diagnosed by oph thalmoscopy.they are floaters which can indicate problem in retina.consult retina specialist.
