What Causes Fever, Loss Of Appetite And Fuzziness To A 6 Month Baby?

For the past week my 6 month old daughter has been very lethargic. She has been sleeping up to 18 hours a day. She is very fussy and recently her appetite has decreased. She also has a fever for 102. She is not teething, we have check her gums, and she doesnt seem to have a cold. please help i dont know whats it could be.

Hi.. is there any recent change in the diet habits? Is there introduction of new feeds which the baby is not accepting? If it is so, then feeding needs to be taken care of. Also another possibility is that with lethargy and fever the child may have some underlying infection.
