What Causes Fever, Headache, Watery Stools And Loss Of Appetite?

good day.
im 23 years old. im starting to feel symptoms this past 5 days such as, fever, headache, tiredness, watery stools, loss of appetite. i have taken my laboratory like Sgpt and CBC count. sgpt result is above 400 and cbc is all normal.. i've been taking essentiale forte 1 cap three times a day thinking this is hepatatis A since my girlfreind has this a month ago.. please help.. thank you! HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that it is that viral infection, if so ,it is treated symptomatically only.

There are other viral or bacterial infections of the gastrointestinal tract that can cause these symptoms.

Treatment would involve: (1)use paracetamol to help with the fever and headache

(2)ensure that you are using enough fluids to replace those that you are losing. Inadequate fluid replacement would contribute to your fatigue

Oral rehydration solutions or gatorade would be the best options because they would give you both fluids and electrolytes.

(3)the use of probiotics may help to restore normal gut flora and would also shorten the course of infection
