You have to check for the common causes like two things you have mentioned is
malaria and
dengue, third one is TB. TB causes evening rise in temperature.
TB temperature are particularly not a high its a low fever.
I advice you should think for it. You must be tested for it
In other causes we can include common
viral fever, this nothing requires a treatment it will go of with limited time period.
I advice you should be investigated for both.
