What Causes Fever At Night Along With Nausea And Vomiting?

Doc. For the last 4 days I ve had fever on and off mostly at night of 102.9 down to 99.5 . My urine has been dark brown. I have fatigue & night sweats. Plus nausea & vomiting. Could you please give me an idea of what I may be looking at? Please Dr. Thank you & godbless

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fatigue, night sweats and dark colored urine at night suggests hemolysis.
Hemolysis can lead to anemia and thus fatigue.
These are symptoms of paroxymal noctirial hemoglobinuria.
Please consult a hematologist.
