Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Fever is quite common after removal of renal stones because of subsequent infection following the procedure. Start antibiotics preferably Ciprofloxacin and do blood and urine culture and change antibiotics accordingly. As of now you can take Paracetamol for fever. Drink plenty of water to keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
