What Causes Feeling Of Having Watery Eyes?

what does it mean when it feels like you have water in your ear but there is no water (like from swimming) but it comes and goes but after it feels like it has leaked out but there is no water or fluid when i wipe it. there is no pain just feels like there is water there

it is only partial block of tear duct which may result in accumulation of tear you feel watery. can go for strip-test and see for amount of tear secretion. if it is more and accumulation then get punctum dilatation and syringing. If no block then no treatment is required.partial block can go by repeated dilatation and syringing.
