What Causes Fatigue,low Bp,dizziness And Body Ache?

i am gettting tired feeling, fatigues.. low pressure... normally 120/80 but now since a week 102/62 ... feel dizzy mostly in the morning... but also with standing up from sitting position bending down to pick something etc....ammenorhoea since 2 months... negative pregnancy test.. tsh normal, fsh,lsh, prolactin normal, bodyaches like as though getting fever but no high body temperature. what can be the cause and do i need to take any more test.... gp has told to just wait and see... have taken rest from work as my job involves lots of physical work like pushing, pulling beds, chair, sliding patients, lifting or pushing heavy equipment... whole day on feet either walking or standing. work about 8 hours a day.

how is your diet and water intake.. get your renal function test with electrolytes. and also check for iron deficiency...get atleast 8-10 hours of sleep.
