What Causes Fatigue, Tender Breasts, Bloating With Fluttering Stomach?

Hi, in the past 2 to 3 month I have been experiencing symptoms where I feel tired, under the weather, headaches, weight gain. Tender breasts and bloating.i have had regular periods but still did not feel myself. I took a home pregnancy test last month it came back negative. In the past 3 weeks, my stomach look swollen all the time and quite hard. Did another test, which again was negative. In the last week I have been experiencing light flutter movements, which have become more frequent in the past few days. Not sure what is going on with my body. Can you advice me on what I can do? I would have liked to know more details like age, sexual status, last period datw, usual duration, birth control, etc.

It does appear that you could be experiencing a hormonal imbalance, but this is inconclusive information and I would have preferred to give you more information. But due to the lack of sufficient information, I can only tell you that your symptoms can be a result of various causes like infections, stress, sexual activity, medications, birth control pills, contraceptives, age-related fluctuation of hormonea, sudden weight gain or weight loss, etc. Please do consult a doctor who would also choose to rule out pregnancy.
