What Causes Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath In A Degenerative Arthritis Patient?

I am elderly .... yesterday became very fatigued and satruggled with shortness of breath. These was no fluid in my lungs. ( my daughter is a nurse and she tested. ) other than degenerative arthritis I am healthy. What caused this onset of fatigue which caused me to fall?

Difficulty in breathing can be due to thoracic nerve involvement.
You may need investigate like HRCT, MRI spine, EMG-NCV [nerve conduction study] AND PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST.
I will advise to consult orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination and further investigation.

For these symptoms BRONCHODIALATOR and neurotropic medication can be started consulting your doctor.

I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
