What Causes Fatigue And Mood Swings While On Thyronorm?
Hi I am on thyronorm 100 for the last 20 plus years. I have 2 kids. Off late I have started suffering from tiredness, mood swings, lack of energy. Also my periods are delayed. Is this because of the medicine. I am now planning to discontinue the medicine. Would that help?

Thyroid disturbances are known to cause mood swings and in severe cases depression also. You need to check your thyroid levels. If they are deranged better consult your treating doctor and adjust the dose. If they are normal, then you may need to start on anti-depressant medicines.
