Fatigue and pain could be a generalised pain due to muscle strain, dehydration. It is also a safe option o rule out pregnancy incase of period being missed by 7 to 10 days. Painkillers, adequate hydration and rest would be sufficient if no other symptoms are present. In case of vaginal spotting or bleeding, it is essential to rule out vaginal infections or any other uterine causes.
