What Causes Fatigue And Headache?

Diagnosis this far: low vitamin D, lymphedema, uterine polyps. Blood tests that are concerning me: Creatinine: 0.2 tryglycerides 268 HDL 34 MCV 95 MCHC 31.7 they notified physician on : CO2POC23 and Troponin POC 0.00 Symptoms: Extreme fatigue, body aches and weakness, headaches, sweeling of hands, wrists ankles and feet (right more than left). loss of apetite, flunctuating weight. 35 yr old female. in good health till about a year ago.

Hello,

Those tests are not concerning. Lipid panel is altered so should have some diet interventions and repeat tests. However not related to your complaints. Other tests like creatinine and troponine look fine (it's high values that worry us), MCV is fine as well. I am not sure what is "CO2POC23", must have written it incorrectly.

Your symptoms are non-specific, meaning that they can be found in many different conditions. However I would investigate for a connective tissue disorder like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus which are the most common.
