General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sudden loss of consciousness and convulsions can be caused by various conditions, including seizures, syncope (fainting), and cardiac events. Fatigue can also be a symptom of various conditions, such as anemia, thyroid disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, and sleep disorders. However, it is difficult to determine the cause of fatigue without a proper medical evaluation.

It is important to have your fiancé evaluated by a healthcare professional as soon as possible. They can perform a thorough examination and possibly order tests, such as an electroencephalogram (EEG) or computed tomography (CT) scan, to determine the cause of his symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
