What Causes Fainting, Numb Hands And White Spots In Eyes Of A 13 Year Old?

My 13 year old daughter is having fainting spells, hands goes numb and she sees a white spot sometimes in her left eye just like looking at the sun. I took her to eye dr yesterday and eyes checked but all was fine. What kind of dr should I take her to??? Her fainting spells don't happen everyday but her hand goes numb everyday and she sees the white spot everyday also.
