What Causes Eye Twitching And Ear Pain?

My left eye is twitching, right ear hurts body aches, have a sinus infection.Have hashimoto and a goiter in neck have a sore throat.On antibiotics really tired have had mono as a child.Also diagnosed with fybromyalgia.Had surgery in June for plantar fasciitis not healed yet.Doctor just pushes pills have high cholesterol can t take statins had muscle wasting , and pain and cloudy thinking.Any ideas what s going on?

Sinusitis often presents with nasal symptoms,sore throat,pain in ear.Initial treatment is with antibiotics(amoxycillin),saline nasal drops,decongestants.Majority of cases responds to such treatment.Sometimes resistant infections need higher antibiotics,which when taken can cause mild side effects.Hashimotos thyroiditis is a chronic condition which can present with neck pain,sore throat, goitre.Anti inflammatory agents are prescribed initially,with long term supplementation of thyroxine after thyroid function tests.In your case anxiety also adds up to your symptoms,so ease up your stress,consult psychiatry for better management.
