my left eye leaks like water especially if I bend my head over its like a water tap I have to always carry Kleenex don't wear make up if ill have a stream down my face and people ask me why im crying I have a little knot in the corner vision is getting bad

Epiphora, patency ofnasolacrimal duct isto be checked. Knot like growthin corner is to be checked. Ifpunctum dialatation andsyringing can be done then patency can be known. If f patent then process can be repeated. If oclusion isgrowth over pucta then canali culectomy or three snip surgery is to be done Your knot like in vision is not clear. Itis tobe informed whether the kot is over lid margin canthus or conjuntiva. It requeres examination by doctor and diagnosis.
