I have been having a pulling sensation in my chest, it feels like tugging on my esophagus. I have been checked for heart issues as it sometimes causes extreme sharp chest pain. Most of the time it hurts and burns, causes excessive belching (constantly). It hurts when I eat or drink, or if my stomach is empty as well. I also have had persistent right sided pain right around where my gallbladder is located. I have had sludge in my gallbladder in the past but not stones. I have been sick more often than not for the past year. Constantly belching and bloated, nauseous, with stomach pain sometimes also felt in the same area but on my back. I had an upper GI which showed some reflux and a HIDA scan which showed my gallbladder functions correctly but sometimes refluxes bile into my stomach. I have been on PPI s for over a year now. Nothing is helping the symptoms. Even water upsets my stomach at this point.
