I fell down a flight of stairs on my back, with my left are extended over my head caught in the banister. X-rays of neck and back came back fine, EMG proved no nerve damage and an ultrasound showed my rotator cuff was intact. 7 months of extreme pain numbness down left arm and hands. Extreme pain in the elbow, curve of my neck and it feels like someone shot an arrow through my upper back poking through just above my left breats. Loss of mobility in my arm, hand and neck, lose of sensation as well. I have been experiencing lower pain and pain down both of my legs and into my feet, at times prevents me from walking. Painful muscle spasm throughout my back and left arm both hand now twitch and jerk on there own. I have been taking neurontin 800mg 3x daily Effexor 150mg x1 daily. Little to no improvement. Any suggestions?
