Hello there, thanks for writing in.
Your symptoms are non specific, but not something that needs to be brushed off. It could be possible that you feel that way due to lot of causes like anemia, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid abnormalities, a hidden diabetes or simply a premenstrual syndrome. There are even many causes that I haven't enlisted here.
I suggest you to do get basic blood pressure tests to rule out some of the things.
1. Complete blood count
2. TSH and free T 4
3. Fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar
4. Urine routine and microscopy
5. Blood pressure readings
Even if all if these tests turn out to be normal, I suggest you consult your physician to have a clinical examination and decide if it has any cause or a passing off state that just needs nutritional supplementation and good hydration.
Hope this information helps, take care!
