What Causes Excruciating Pain In The Leg Making The Leg To Limp?

I fell on a center block over 13 years ago and I have a dent in my leg after the bruising went away, it stayed tender for months after. I just recently gave birth 5 months ago and I thought the pain that I'm experiencing was from my pelvic bone expansion but that's clearly not the case, I walk with a limp and it's a piercing pain when I move or lay on my leg at times, if I lift my foot to put on my sox I can't bend down to do so it feels like my muscle are going to shred apart and it hurts. Can you please tell me what you think?
