What Causes Excessive Weight Gain And Acid Reflux?

I m wondering if I could have ascites. Ive gained about 6-7 pds the last two months without not a huge intake in food. ive been on vacation and should have gained a few pds but the calorie intake I have been consuming should have not put on this weight gain. ive noticed constant bloating that will not go away and past months have been experiencing heartburn and indigestion ive always been able to control my weight and if I gain a few pds can lose it easily. Ive always had a relatively flat stomach and have never had this happen before. my stomach feels bloated and it looks that way also. YYYY@YYYY this has only been a true concern the last few weeks

As this weight gain should be measured properly how much you gained weight with relevant time period. ascites is different which something to do with your liver function abnormality.
as your reflux and other upper gastrointestinal symptoms should be evolved properly with endoscopy procedure and rule out H,pylori bacteria which is commonest cause for the above symptoms.

weight gain may be pathological too in thyroid abnormality you will gain weight.
visit a gastroenterologist and get an opinion to proceed further.
