General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get your thyroid profile done. An EKG and echocardiogram may also be needed. Sugar levels might have gone down which may also result excessive sweating. If symptoms persist urinary metanephrines and serotonin levels may be considered for some endocrine conditions presenting with these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin,
