What Causes Excess Dizziness, nausea And Increase In Urination And Thirst?

Hi, I am a 39 year old female. Recently I have had excessive dizzy spells that if I eat sugar subside. Additionally, my chest turns bright red randomly. Not sure if the symptoms are related but urination and thirst has increased, constant naseau, extreme shaking and fatigue. I am not a diabetic, however I used a meter this morning and registered 197. Went into the clinic and it tested at 100, blood pressure was at 118/80 and all vitals were fine. Unsure what is going on; any insight? Thanks
