It feels like there something moving in my head, I m always tried, I get flashes of dobble vision, I use to get blistering spot ova my body but they have stopped I have inflammation on my lower spine an my arms and legs lose strength so I fall an drop things

Cervical spondylitis
Lumber spondylitis
Spondylolisthesis
Spinal cord compression
Spinal cord stenosis
Myopathy
Acute transverse myelitis
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis
SLE
Migrating Arthritis
Multiple sclerosis

In view of this please do the following test
MRI
Complete blood count
ESR
C-REACTIVE PROTEIN
ANA electrophoresis
Rheumatoid factor
Serum electrolytes

Meanwhile please visit an orthopaedic specialist with the results and for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription

Concerning your symptom of double vision I will suggest you see an ophthalmologist specialist for expert management
