several times recently I have wet the bed and woken up thinking I am on the toilet it seems to be about a week before my period couldit be linked , also sometimes I am not able to get to the toilet before I have urinated a small amount, once it starts I dont always seem to be able to stop this is usually not a great amount, could I have an infection or is it hormonal I am 43
There can be underlying urinary tract infection with or without pelvic involvement due to a variety of causes and the same should be properly evaluated and treated accordingly.
Till that consume plenty of liquids and cranberry sachet once daily.
Maintain genital hygiene at its best.
Avoid vaginal intercourse if active at present till recovery.
