What Causes Enlarged Tongue?

I was born with an enlarged tongue but as a baby I had tests and was examined but everything came back clear so I just have an enlarged tongue. I have just recently had a baby boy who was also born with an enlarged tongue but we are still waiting for tests too be done. Is it more likely for my baby to have the same as me where everything is normal or is there a possibility it could be more serious? Nobody else in my family have this. He was also born with a heart murmur.
Thankyou.
