Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your patients has periampullary adenocarcinoma. He is taking gemcitabin and oxaplatin. Oxaplatin can cause transient elevations of liver enzymes. You should keep close watch on liver enzymes. If level increase further then it can be due to oxaplatin toxicity and you need to stop oxaplatin.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
