What Causes Elevation In Sugar Levels And Liver Enzymes?

Hi, I am 38 and I put on 40 lbs in 4 months. I am 6'2" at 284lbs. My cal. Intake is under 1200 daily but sometimes under 600. I am active but tired all the time. My blood test came back and was of concern. Glucose at 103 and sgpt (alt) at 133. I have no meds curent. I don't drink. Any idea

i went through your query.

however, you did not mention if glucose 103 was fasting or random.
fasting 103 is normal.

ALT 133 is elevated.
what about other liver enzymes?

have you tested for HBV and HCV serology?
lipid profile?
avoid alcohol and junk food,
avoid beverages

you may post the blood results here or visit treating physician.
