General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Madam,
Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete history like apart from having swelling in the neck, do you have any associated symptoms???
Based on the given symptoms and the rising levels of thyroid levels as noticed by two doctors, the possibility of hyperthyroidism can not be ruled out.
So, I would advise you to undergo CBC, ESR, thyroid function tests, lipid profile to ascertain the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism.

Hope this answers your query.
