What Causes Elevated Heart Rate And Body Tremors?

I am a 27 year old female and as long as I can remember my resting heart rate have averaged about 120. I am 5 4 and weigh about 138 pounds. I started taking adderall around 3 years ago and my heart rate got down to about 107 resting. About a week ago I started taking citalopram to help with general anxiety that I have had all of my life. Yesterday I started feeling like I was shaking internally and like my heart was going to jump out of my chest. I checked my heart rate and it was 140. Should I be concerned?
