What Causes Elevated Heart Beat While On Treatment For ADHD?

my almost 17 year old son is on Vyvanse for ADHD. He has also undertaken a fairly rigorous exercise program, up to 2-3 hours of aerobic activity and weight lifting a day. He finds his heart rate gets as high as 200, no apparent sx that I know of. Dangers? Thoughts? Concerns?
