What Causes Elevated Gamma GT Value Having Fatty Liver?

Hi.. i have a fatty liver ..i never drink... my Gamma GT is at 107 .. ALT is 65.5 and AST is 40 ... what can i do to reduce GGt level ? is there any medicine that will help ? sugar is normal and all other tests as well. Can liver tests improved by itself if i reduce my weight? i am 110 kg now " 124 before " and my hight is 180cm. thx a lot.

is hep A, B C viral serology Negative??

do a lipid profile test and and an abdominal ultrasound.

if above test normal,and incresed weight is the sole cause of elevated GGT, then liver test maybe improved by strictly following advice.

advice:
abstinence from "Alcohol and drugs"
- LOW or fat free diet should be followed
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- walk 30 to 40 minutes everyday.
- or swimming is alternative to walking
- NO sports and NO jogging
-"recheck liver enzymes after 6 to 8 weeks".
