What Causes Elevated SGPT Level?

I am 32 wt 67 kg. height 166 cm,years male ,Last week I have a viral fever and last 15 days I have a infective dirreaha and taking antibiotic by the advice od my physician metrogyl400,cifran 500,amicin 500 inj. Now now SGPT level 81 what could be the problem

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Viral infection sometimes can lead liver enzymes elevation....

Here if cytomegalovirus or ebstein Barr virus infection temporary can lead enzymes elevation....

Symptomatic management done....
Continue using drugs prescribed....

If sore throat present then lymphedenopathy checked and if needed CBC done with serological test to rule out infectious mononucleosis....

After few days if still enzymes elevation then USG done for gall stone and steatohepatitis.....

If jaundice occurs viral hepatitis ruled out by viral marker study. .....

Keeping this in mind consult gastroenterologist...
