What Causes Electric Shock Like Symptoms On My Arms And Chest?

Reading of others have same symptons as I have been for about 3 weeks. Added to the electric shock feeling in arms & pain on left side of chest, I also have some numbness on face at times, and no energy. Along with a very flushed face & hands & arms have a redish color. My blood pressure is running 127/68. Assuming is may be heart connected, tho only problem I ever had is I do have palpations at times. I am 62 and getting a bit worried. Going to ER is usually such a trial. Thank you for any other tidbits. (I am going to my chiropractor tomorrow to see if this may help.)

Flushed red face are seen during post-menopausal phase or due to release of certain cytokines.
Your blood pressure is within normal limits.
Palpitation of heart requires a through check up of cardiovascular system.
