What Causes Early Periods?

Hi I received my period June 1 and it ended June 5, I.started the program June 10 and on my 17th day June 26 I received another period. Did the ::) cause.my period to come early ?? And why am I having another period.so soon. This has never happen before and I m very concern

Periods can come earlier whenever there is alteration in hormones which leads to. early development of uterine lining and withdrawl of hormones leading to menses earlier.
Presently no need to do any inbvestigations.
Observe your periods next month .
