What Causes Early Periods Along With Lower Back Pain?

It s 20 days from my last period, which was a week early from the date I ve been getting my period for the last 9 months, and I thought I started my period today but I m not sure. When I wipe there s multiple very dark things and little blood but it never reaches my pad, and I have lower back and thigh pain(pms symptom wise). What is this and should I be worried?

At the outset I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
your age and relevant medical history
Any history of recent unprotected sex, if yes than I would advise you for a urine pregnancy card test which can be done at home and that comes positive only after 10 to 14 days of possible conception

Another possibility is inflammation.or infection of the urogenital tract
If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for urine culture and vaginally swab culture after physical examination.
You may require a course of antibiotics either oral tablets or vaginal pessaries.

Have plenty of fluids and maintain good hygiene
