Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query your child have ear pain which is due to ear infection and foreign body penetration in ear. Need not to worry about it. I would suggest you to visit Otolaryngologist/ pediatrician immedaitely and get evaluated and start treatment after proper examination. Get all the lab tests done and examination with otoscope. You should take antibiotic Ciprofloxacin along with Ibuprofen. You should put Otogesic ear drops 2-3 times a day. You should take proper rest. Try to avoid pricking it with any sharp object. You should avoid sleeping on this side.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
