What Causes Ear Pain And Dizziness?

Hi, I wanted to ask about my right ear. It has been hurting for 2 or 3 days now and whenever I hear something in my left ear it is perfectly ok but my right ear makes me feel like i am dizzy and when i talk my voice sounds robotic in that ear. Is this something I should take seriously? What is happening in my ear? I am not sick though.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
yes you should take it seriously. It is in initial stage. I think we are dealing with acute otitis media. Start taking antibiotic of cephalosporin or penicillin group. Nasal decongestant and steam inhalation, doing this can prevent pus formation /perforation of tympanic membrane
