What Causes Dull Stabbing Pain In The Chest While Bending Or Turning The Body?

Center middle side right cest pain increase whit bending over or turning my body to the left side pain med like ibuprofen help same , a get more tolerable whit over the counter allergy med I have this pain for about 2 years now is getting more and more frequent In a week totals I am in discomfort 5 days I was a smokers the pain is dull or stabbing thanks

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Pain in chest increasing with bending or turning is clearly indicating musculoskeletal pain.
But it is always better to rule out cardiac cause first.
So get done ECG to rule out cardiac cause.
If this is normal then mostly musculoskeletal cause for your dull pain.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic control.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting
2. Avoid strenuous exercise.
3. Avoid movements causing pain.
4. Take good pain killer and muscle relaxant
5. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
