What Causes Dull Pain In Middle Of Chest After Wrestling?
I am 18 years old, I have asthma and diabeties. The last few days I have had a dull pain in the middle of my chest. I was wrestling about a week ago and got my head pushed down and it knocked the wind out of me. Could it just be soar muscles or a chest cold?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Costochondritis.Pain while palpation or rib area is usually positive.But it better to have an ECG to rule out a cardiac cause of it.For my patients with costochondritis i treat with anti inflammatory ointments of diclofenac or nimusulide for local application.I advise the tablets of same if the pain is more.In case of no improvement and worsening of pain i recommend local injection of corticosteroids or anesthetic.Hope this may help you.
