What Causes Dull Pain Across Lower Abdomen During Pregnancy?
i am 22 weeks pregnant, went to bed with this pain last night thinking i could have pulled something and it is worse today. i have this dull achy pain across my lower abdomen. every so often it radiates over my stomach for a second or two moving upwards and goes away and makes me feel like i am going to get sick.

From history it seems that you might be having abdominal colic giving this problem.
This can be due to constipation or indigestion.
Take antispasmodic medicine like Meftal spas and Omeprazole stat.
Take plenty of water.
