What Causes Dry Throat?

Hi doctor

iam 31 year i have a problem of dry throat for last 1month and 2days back I seen that at back of my tongue enlarged papillae I was chewing tobacco for last 2year only twice a day now I have stop it from last 15 days is it mouth cancer
Please advice

Hi, thanks for your query. In my opinion, dry mouth with enlarged papillae doesn't suggest cancer.
If i were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed antihistamines with multivitamin for dry throat.
Enlarged papillae is not a disease. Don't worry.
If symptoms persists, please consult with your doctor and get yourself evaluated by doing an endoscopy to detect any disease.
