What Causes Dry Itchy Skin On Scrotum?

Hi, for about a month now I have had dry itchy skin on my scrotum! When rubbed the skin would peel away leaving the area very sore, red and sometimes light bleeding will occur. I have noticed it has become worse on my groin where the skin is not dry but has a texture closer to puss. It is almost as if the skin is eroding. I have tried all sorts of skin healing creams all with no good results. When i scratch the area the smell is very foul and sticky.

Hi.
Noted your findings of itchy scrotal skin with dryness but wet and smelling foul at groin.
This is most probably seborrhoic dermatitis with secondary infection in the groin giving the foul smell.
First of all, get the blood sugar and other tests done.
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally so that the area becomes sterile.
You have to take a course of an antibiotic and low dose metronidazole with probiotics and supportive medicines such as multivitamins.
