What Causes Dry Eyes/mouth, Cold, Sweating When Suffering From Sjogren's Syndrome?

I have Sjogren's Syndrome, with severe dry eyes, dry mouth problems. Since it becomes very cold lately, even with the heating set only at 62 degrees, my hands and feet are cold, but I feel my whole body is sweating, to the degree my clothing become damp. What is my problem?

it is autoimmune disorder effecting salivary gland and tear gland resulting in dry mouth and dry eyes. It is also associated with excessive sweating due to effect of thyroid gland effecting TSH. This alters the temperature regulating system. This result in excessive sweating uncontrolled.
